What browsers does Cmindr support? We support most “modern” browsers. Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera and Internet Explorer 6.
The lack of support for modern web standards, older browsers such as, Internet Explorer 4-5.5, Netcape 4-6 and early Linux browsers, are not supported.
What does “True SMS” mean? When we say “True SMS”, we are referring to sending SMS messages to mobile devices over the cell carriers actual networks. Some service providers use E-Mail-to-SMS gateways, instead of connecting directly to the cell networks.
The benefits of sending “True SMS” are, higher reliability and the ability to receive delivery receipts confirming network reception of a message. These benefits have a cost. But we believe your communication is worth it.
What does messages delivered in a month mean? It is the maximum number of messages that can be sent to your clients during a given month. When you you send a message to a client it can be sent as e-mail and/or text message, and regardless of the methods used, it counts as a single message.
What templates are included? Cmindr includes a growing number of professionally designed templates, which can be customized and saved as a user template.
What do you mean enterprise e-mail delivery? Cmindr uses redundant enterprise-level mail servers to deliver e-mail messages to your client, in addition to our Text Message (SMS) delivery systems. This insures that your e-mail messages are accurately and rapidly delivered.
What are the professionally designed templates? These are example of templates you might use to communicate with your clients. The template are meticulously designed to maximize the impact of your message, while saving you time. Each of these templates can be customized and saved for use within your account.
What is Blast broadcasting? Blast allows for easy transmission of a single message to groups of clients in your Cmindr account. It is ideal for alerting your clients of important events, such as, sales opportunities, service changes, or social events.
What are Referral Templates? Referral templates are unique sponsored templates, provided by carefully chosen partners, for use in your account. They may contain a small message, link to a product or provide educational information relevant to your business.
