Simply choose a client, set the date of an event, and choose a template.

Cmindr does the work of personalizing, scheduling, and delivering your message to email, cellular phones, or both.

Login

When you sign-up with Cmindr, you access your Cmindr site through a web browser using a unique internet address and password that you can choose.

Clients

Clients are the most important part of any business so using Cmindr begins with their contact information.

The client’s basic information is all Cmindr needs to communicate: first name, last name, e-mail address and mobile phone number (tags will be covered in a moment).

Client information can be entered manually, imported in batches by pasting comma or tab delimited text files,

and added by your clients themselves, on-line, at an address you can email to them.

Of course, clients can manage their subscription at anytime to opt-in or opt-out of your Cmindr communications.

Clients can also update their contact information on-line so they never miss a message even if they move.

Groups

Each client can be “tagged”. The ‘tags’ are used to filter your list of clients and to specify groups for broadcasting Blast messages. Choose any ‘tag’ words you like to describe the groups in your work and life: customers, suppliers, friends, family, teachers, doctors, elephants, anything can be grouped inside Cmindr.

Templates

The messages sent to your clients are drawn from templates you create.

Templates hold the content of your messages. Macros draw personal information from your contact list and include it in your messages. Drop lists determine if a message is sent before or after a scheduled date, you define how many days. Drop lists also determine whether to use e-mail, text message, or both, and if the message should be repeated.

Templates also report statistics on how they are being used and whether they are part of a chain or a stand-alone.

Over time your templates may be updated, and as you change your templates, all future messages will reflect your changes.

Reminders

With Reminders, Cmindr sends messages or chains of messages to individual clients.

You can view the status of your Reminders - whether they are Pending, have been Sent, or Failed to be delivered to the clients they were intended for.

Blasts

With Blasts, Cmindr sends messages or chains of messages to tagged groups of clients.

Simply select the tagged group, by typing their tag, set the date of the event, and choose a template.

Cmindr personalizes each message in your Blast, schedules the delivery of the message for the specified group, and sends email, text message or both.
